To allow you to discover the world of chocolate, we invite you to join us during various private or public tastings.
The aromatic richness of chocolate makes it a product close to perfection to combine it with many flavors thanks to its unique aromas, notes and textures.
Have we all ever tasted chocolate with a piece of bread? But do we ask ourselves why?
Associated with other products, chocolate agrees and offers unexpected combinations that can reveal the best of both worlds. Wines, of course, but why still cheese, coffee, tea or whiskey!
In partnership with enthusiasts, Chocolats du Monde offers different tastings on the theme of chocolate. Each time a unique journey and a pleasure for the taste buds at the crossroads of various universes.

Owner of Chocolats du Monde and passionate about the world of chocolate, I explored all the stages of its creation. Indeed, in 2017 I founded the Augusto & Malka cocoa farm in Sao Tome. Subsequently in 2019, to continue to pursue this exploration, I joined the University of Geneva and the ETHZ in the research field of cocoa agroforestry. During my studies, I had the chance to work in the field on the various cocoa farming systems in Ghana. From 2022, I became the owner of Chocolats du Monde working in close collaboration with chocolate makers from all over the world. Today, I am still fascinated by the aromatic and physiognomic diversity of cocoa and I want to share this passion with as many chocolate lovers as possible.
I founded the cave of poets in 2021 with the philosophy of conveying equality and open-mindedness through access to oenological knowledge for all. The message to convey is that wine is a pleasure that drives us to dare to seek new experiences. Through my partnership with committed local and foreign producers. for the environment and sustainable development. We participate together in the development of products that respect nature and the consumer with a seasonal selection of quality.
Created in 1982 by Mr. & Mrs. Bruand, the Bruand cheese dairy was taken over in 1998 by Dominique (cook by trade) and Carole Ryser. We have decided to take over this family business at the Halle de Rive in Geneva and will welcome you there. At Bruand, each cheese has its own story and our passion is to share it with you!
Following an avid passion for natural wines born in 2014, I created in 2020, La Pépite, a company that exports natural wines from all over the world to Japan.
Why Japan? After several trips, my co-founder and I became friends with people working in the wine industry in Tokyo and Kyoto. The idea of creating our company is a derivative of these meetings but also of our common passion for natural wines and the love we share for this beautiful country of fine connoisseurs.
