Come and discover all the depth and aromatic palette of cocoa. We offer you a trip to the heart of the Bean-to-Bar which will offer you a vision of the diversity of chocolate as well as the best terroirs. A unique journey for all chocolate lovers. Venture with Sacha Malka, cocoa expert, to understand and discuss production techniques and aromas.
Agreements : Our experts have skilfully selected 6 chocolates that stand out for their exceptional taste quality and that showcase the diversity of Bean-to-Bar and terroirs (bread and water will be offered to rinse the taste buds).
Duration and price : About 2 hours, maximum 20 people, CHF 29.- / person.
Place : The tasting will take place in our offices in Plainpalais at 3 rue Cingria 1205, Geneva. To join us, you have several options:
- By public transport: Pont d'Arve stop (4 minute walk) 12, 15, 17, 18 and 1 or Hospital stop 1, 5, 7, 35 and A6 (5 minute walk).
- By car: Plainpalais car park (4 minute walk) or H-cluse car park (4 minute walk).
Please do not wear perfume and preferably come without having eaten and let us know if you suffer from an allergy 5 days before the event.
